Sergei Gerasimov talks about inheritance planning
In Russia, court statistics show that there is a special attitude towards marriage contracts, corporate and partnership agreements, wills and inheritance planning issues. Private individuals solve problems as they come in, without planning in advance; if love reigns in the family, there is no need to distribute property; business is organised exclusively by friends - so you can trust each other 100%, without having to put agreements in writing; and inheritance planning should never be done before you are 70 years old. This, of course, is all irony, but in reality, private individuals in Russia are rarely thoughtful about the future of their assets.
