Sergey Gerasimov spoke at the PRAVO.RU conference
A PRAVO.RU conference "Legal challenges and opportunities in the era of sanctions" was held on April 5. At the conference, experts and market leaders discussed the expected changes against the backdrop of foreign sanctions, including new changes in legislation, business support measures and possible risks in the era of sanctions. Sergey Gerasimov took part in the session "Business support measures in the era of sanctions. We are learning to avoid losses" and spoke in detail about the tax amnesty and the re-registration of companies to Russian beneficial owners with the formation of tax value.
