Nataliya has more than 15 years of experience at leading international financial institutions. She began her career in Johannesburg, South Africa, where she was engaged in financial accounting and business development (Lutrin & Associates, IFCA). In 2013–2015, she worked as a financial advisor at MetLife (Dubai) and was recognized for outstanding performance with the Best Agent of 2014 award. In subsequent years, she headed client-facing divisions at Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank, where she managed investment portfolios worth more than $80 million.
From 2018 to 2022, Nataliya held senior positions at BTA Wealth Management Ltd and CIGP (DIFC, Dubai), developing the business in Africa, the CIS, and the GCC. Her key achievements include building a significant client base, attracting more than $2 billion in assets in the UHNW segment, developing partnership networks, and supporting cross-border investment projects.
At ALPINE Group, Nataliya combines deep expertise in investment banking and wealth management with experience in building long-term client relationships. She actively develops the company's market expansion into new regions (MENA, Sub-Saharan Africa), oversees the structuring of funds and investment solutions for various legal regimes, and ensures investment compliance and risk control.
