We would like to remind you that the deadline for payment of property tax for 2018 falls on 2 December. However, this year some individuals have been granted federal tax benefits.
An expert council was held at Rossiyskaya Gazeta, where Anastasia Ivanchikhina answered contentious questions arising in the calculation of property tax.
In her remarks, she discussed the Resolution of the Constitutional Court of the Russian Federation, in which the Court held that the possibility of applying several alternative methods in different regions until 1 January 2020 for determining the amount of property tax for individuals should not place citizens in different positions with respect to the amount of their tax obligation.
