THIRD STAGE OF #AMNESTY OF CAPITAL WILL TAKE PLACE FROM 1 MAY 2019 TO 29 FEBRUARY 2020. The Russian Ministry of Finance has circulated for approval among government agencies a draft law on the third stage of capital amnesty, which will take place from 1 May 2019 to 29 February 2020.
