Penalty for Failure to Provide Information and Documents Relating to the Calculation of Tax Liabilities in Arabic
Pursuant to UAE Cabinet Decision No. 49/2021, if a taxpayer fails to provide information and documents relating to the calculation of tax liabilities in Arabic within the prescribed period, a penalty of approximately USD 5,500 applies.
