On April 5, the Pravo.ru conference “Legal Challenges and Opportunities in the Sanctions Era” took place. At the conference, experts and market leaders discussed the expected changes amid foreign sanctions, including new legislative amendments, business support measures, and potential risks in the sanctions era. Sergey Gerasimov took part in the session “Business support measures in the sanctions era. Learning to avoid losses” and gave a detailed presentation on tax amnesty and the redomiciliation of companies to Russian beneficial owners with the formation of tax basis.
