
“We do indeed have a set of countries, and these are mainly European countries, with which exchange is significantly impeded. But there are also surprises, frankly speaking: if you take the list of unfriendly countries and assume that there is no exchange with all of them, that is not the case. There are a significant number of countries included in this list, but exchange with them does take place. And conversely, there are countries that are apparently friendly, but for some reason have fallen silent for a certain period,” said Alexandra Kadet, Head of the Transfer Pricing Department at the Federal Tax Service.
