• the presence of foreign citizenship of at least one family member;

• the absence of citizenship of at least one family member;

• the family’s residence abroad;

• property located abroad (for example, real estate abroad owned by spouses);

• the location abroad of a legal fact (for example, the marriage being concluded abroad).
