The Government of the Russian Federation has submitted to the State Duma of the Russian Federation a package of draft laws providing for the third wave of amnesty. The possibility of using guarantees with respect to foreign accounts will be available only on condition that such accounts are closed before the date of filing the special declaration and the funds are credited to Russian banks. Guarantees with respect to CFCs will apply only to companies redomiciled to a special administrative region (international companies).
