After more than six months of silence, the bill on the tax regulation of cryptocurrency in Russia has finally moved forward again — at the end of October, it was submitted for consideration in the second reading. Initially, it was assumed that the first reporting period would be 2021, so we expect the bill to be adopted by the end of the year.
This means that the first documents will need to be submitted to the tax authorities by April 30, 2022.
