MOSCOW, Feb. 12 — RIA Novosti. Capital amnesty after March 1, 2019 will apply to individuals repatriating money to Russia or redomiciling assets in special administrative regions (SARs); the Russian Ministry of Finance is already drafting the corresponding amendments to the Tax Code, the ministry’s press service said.
