Lyubov Krondeva, Head of the Family and Inheritance Planning Department, together with other practicing lawyers prepared a training case on divorce proceedings based on real-life cases from practice.
The in-person stage of the matches took place on 27.09.2024, with Lyubov serving as a member of the jury. Within the competition, two teams took part in one court match: one represented the Plaintiff, and the other the Defendants. The teams’ task was to prepare and substantiate their claims in order to persuade the court that they were right.
A moot court is an excellent opportunity to gain not only theoretical knowledge from the university, but also experience close to the real work of lawyers.
Our Alpine Tax team actively cooperates with universities to share practical experience with students.
